The Service is an entertainment soundboard offering user-selectable insults and profanity across categories and languages, with customizable playback, background music ("beats"), and a community voting feature ("Charts").

Open decision: Since the Service targets US visitors, a US attorney may recommend US-state governing law plus arbitration/class-action-waiver clauses instead, which are common (and often more enforceable) for US consumer-facing sites. This is a strategic choice best confirmed with counsel before wide release — the clause above is a safe default in the meantime, not a final decision.
